Technical Systems Analyst

Job Title: Technical Systems Analyst

The role will be focusing on the management of a number of systems and processes, their configuration, customizations and implementation of future developments across business and its European branches. Additionally, this role will also be responsible for configuration and ownership of the middleware solutions.
Key tasks:
  • All configuration and integration of the contract management systems.
  • All configuration and integration of the procurement solution
  • Design and management of the current and future middleware solution\s across Europe.
  • Work with the Database administrator to help design and support any electronic data transformation tools and process.
  • Work with Business Process optimisation (BPO) department to understand and implement change department.
  • Responsible for the overall operation, development and maintenance of specific services within the IS team and will develop expert domain knowledge in their assigned area.
  • Analyse business requirements and identifying solutions, custom development, configuration maintenance, documentation, release management and support.
  • Assist the BPO department in the configuration of the CRM system.
  • End to end ownership of the Middleware solution.
  • Maintain knowledge repositories and other supporting documentation
  • Review access rights for power and administrative users.
  • Ensure processes are followed for new joiners and leavers and access is adjust within policy timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to any of the business systems

Essential requirements:
  • Degree educated
  • Experience of Middleware solutions
  • Experience using REST APIs
  • A reasonable understanding of Database design
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience of .Net and ASP.NET development
  • Excellent organisation skills with an eye for detail.
  • A good understanding of business processing and change management processes.
  • Any experience with Salesforce
  • Any experience with Coupa
  • Experience with either Mulesoft or Informatica will be a bonus.
  • Any experience with contract management systems.
  • Any experience or knowledge of MS Windows infrastructure, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange would be a bonus.
