Wellbeing at work

Telehouse provides healthy and safe working conditions to all employees, visitors and suppliers in our data centres as well as the corporate office. We have numerous support services in place for our employees, including a mental health support line.

We strive for zero accidents and zero work-related ill health by applying current best practice in our health and safety management. This is achieved by:

  • Implementing working practices to prevent personal injury and damage to property
  • Educating employees and visiting customers/suppliers of the risks associated with their activities
  • Ensuring risk assessments are carried out prior to authorisation to work
  • Raising awareness of individual responsibilities for the health and safety of themselves and others
  • Working in accordance with ISO 45001 standards
