This recognition reflects the impact of initiatives like Customer Plus, our enhanced customer success programme designed to provide tailored support and strategic partnership for businesses with evolving and complex needs. With dedicated Customer Success Managers and a proactive, feedback-driven approach, Customer Plus ensures we continue delivering the high standards our customers expect.

In addition to this category win, we were also named runner-up in the Project Upgrade/Consolidation category for the programme of activities we undertook to refurbish Telehouse South – our largest data centre which opened in 2022 at our iconic London Docklands campus. This recognition highlights the scale and ambition of our recent infrastructure investment, to deliver future-ready capacity, greater energy efficiency and low-latency connectivity.

Our Project Upgrade/Consolidation runner-up placement also reflects our success in demonstrating how an extensive retrofit can meet modern technology needs, reduce operational costs, and generate positive societal impacts. By integrating sustainability, social responsibility, and careful planning, we successfully revitalised an essential data centre while injecting meaningful support into the local community.
