Managing Director and European Chief Executive, Telehouse Europe

Takayo Takamuro was appointed to the role of Managing Director on in October 2022, after having previously held the role of Deputy Managing Director. Takayo is responsible for the leadership and development of Telehouse Europe, including staff welfare, client satisfaction, and the company’s ongoing sustainability efforts.

Takayo has over 25 years’ experience in the data centre industry, joining Telehouse in 2021 from parent company KDDI, a Japanese telecommunications provider. She started her career in the telecoms industry in 1995, before moving on to lead global sales and business development for major manufacturers and finance companies

Paul Lewis

Senior Vice President & Leader of Technical Services

Paul Lewis was appointed to the role of Senior Vice President & Leader of Technical Services for Telehouse Europe in April 2023 after previously holding the role of Senior Director of Technical Services, leading the Operational, Construction, and Design Departments at Telehouse.

Paul is responsible for informing and supporting the work of the board, including setting and delivering the global vision and strategy, overseeing the company’s entire operations and optimising the organisation’s operational capabilities.

Paul joined Telehouse as Operations Director in 2018 and has been working in the data centre, telecoms and IT service sectors for over 25 years, with a strong focus on service operations and delivering customer solutions. He has extensive experience in network engineering. He joined Telehouse from Aegis Data where he spent more than six years as Director of Data Centre Operations.

Mark Pestridge

Executive Vice President & General Manager

Mark Pestridge was appointed to the role of Executive Vice President & General Manager for Telehouse Europe in April 2023, having previously held the role of Senior Director of Customer Experience since 2021. He joined the company in April 2019 as Director of Sales to lead the UK sales organization.

With over 20 years’ experience in the data centre and service provider space, Mark has a solid history of developing strategic partnerships across the industry that achieve strong and consistent business performance. Marks holds a BA (Hons) in French Language and Literature from the University of Birmingham.
