International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO)
The world’s largest developer of voluntary international standards that provide advanced specifications on products and services and best practice techniques to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of industries. At Telehouse UK we are committed to continuously improving all aspects of our business practices and by working with ISO we can implement strategic tools to increase our efficiency and effectiveness.
ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard

The internationally recognised ISO 9001 quality management standard’s core is a customer focus to continually improve the customer experience. Telehouse’s customers can be assured that we have an active quality management system in place that will be adapted when needed as changes to customer needs occur as to continue improving customer satisfaction. All Telehouse UK employees are aware of the significant role they play in improving every customers experience with the company. It is through their commitment to meet their responsibilities that will continue to improve Telehouse UK’s customer satisfaction now and into the future.
ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System Standard

We at Telehouse have identified all the environmental aspects that are associated with each and every product and service from our offering. Through understanding our impact we have been able to put in place a definitive environmental management system to reduce or avoid where possible any negative impact by complying with applicable laws and regulations. Telehouse UK uses the system as an environmental commitment that allows us to work towards a sustainable future that the local community and our customers can benefit from.
ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Information Security Management

The confidential nature of organisations information and data is why so much emphasis is placed on its security and so it is essential for Telehouse UK to show how serious we take it. Through achieving ISO/IEC 27001 we are showing our commitment to assess, monitor, manage and take action where required on all risks and threats associated to the business. We understand that the information security management system we put in place is a living system that will continually be updated through our regular analysis of our security practices. This ensures that Telehouse UK is enforcing the most effective physical security processes on site 24 x 7 x 365.
PCI – DSS (Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard) Attestation 
An information security standard for organisations that handle cardholder information for major debit, credit, prepaid, e-purse, ATM and POS cards. Telehouse UK does not have any access to customer data but our achievement in PCI compliance shows our understanding of the importance to have the physical security systems and management in place to restrict access to customer equipment. Using the management system put in place, Telehouse UK will continually monitor and test procedures to ensure there efficiency and effectiveness ensuring the sensitive nature of the information is only accessed by clients with the correct access requirements, unique ID’s. By becoming PCI compliant, lets our customers know we have all procedures in place requested by the Payment Card Industry to prevent credit card fraud.
BS 25999-2:2007 Business Continuity Management 
Telehouse UK understand the importance of being prepared to respond to unforeseen events that allows companies to continue business as usual. Any disruption caused without a business continuity plan in place will result in a loss of revenue, bad PR and loss of trust not only in Telehouse UK but our customers as well. This is not an option, which is why our achievement in BS 25999-2 lets organisations know we have a management system in place to ensure business resilience through our provision of core services; power and cooling to all our customers’ equipment. No matter what event occurs your systems will maintain power and cooling conditions to work at optimum levels through a UPS and back-up generators.

The Carbon Trust Standard 
Telehouse UK are aware of the impact our business operations has on the environment and accept our responsibility to reduce our production of the total set of greenhouse gas emissions caused both directly and indirectly by the provision of our services. We are committed to reducing this wherever possible and our achievement of The Carbon Trust Standard provides proof of our intentions to;
