25 Broadway Center
The SAS 70 Certified Broadway Center carrier neutral data centre, also known as 25B, is located in the historic Cunard Line building at 25 Broadway, in downtown New York City, a few short blocks south of Wall Street. Another celebrated landmark, the famous Wall Street Bull, stands just across the street.
The facility offers 85,000 square feet (approx. 7,900 square meters) of colocation space and connections to over 70 carriers. 25B is home to the NYIIX (New York International Internet Exchange) – the city’s largest, most active, peering exchange and one of the largest Internet Exchanges in the U.S.
