Voice Solution

Telehouse and KDDI can devise options to meet all your voice communication requirements

One voice account  for all your companies's calls. You account can be set to display calls per user or departemental calls and your PBX  programmed to automatically take advantage of these savings to make things even easier.

If you have teleworkers you can also include their work phone calls made from home into your monthly invoice. There is no need to purchase new handsets or expensive routers you simply provide them with a prefix they need to dial prior to dialling their destination number. In this way they can decide on a per call basis which calls are attributable to work or which are personal.

All our solutions can be bundled with other products, none more so than our VoIP Telephony product. KDDI’s VOIP solutions enable customers to leverage their data network infrastructure, to achieve low or no cost voice services across the business.

IP access can be used to connect a legacy PBX to the IP Network using enterprise gateway routers handling voice and data traffic. IP enabled PBX’s or those supporting direct SIP interfaces can also benefit from increased efficiency.

A cost effective step towards convergence can give customers time to evaluate the technology and cost saving benefits.

The benefits of implementing a VOIP solution include

  • Enhanced bandwidth utilisation
  • Elimination of dedicated voice circuits and therefore reduced network overheads
  • Free calls between IP connected sites and lower public network call charges
  • The flexibility to support a smooth transition towards converged networking for businesses with legacy TDM and IP-enabled PBX's

VOIP solutions are also ideally suited for small branch offices. Small legacy PBX systems can be replaced with IP based systems, reducing the need for separate support contracts and trained staff.

Voice Quality assurance (QoS) is essential when managing voice and data traffic over a WAN. While voice traffic is not normally bandwidth intensive, it is sensitive to delays and congestion found in IP networks. QoS can be built in to the network to avoid these delays by ensuring high priority for voice traffic.
