Job Overview

We are looking for a high-performing and success driven Sales Account Manager to join our team to focus on and develop new revenue streams from existing key accounts . You will play a critical part in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and positioning our data centre and infrastructure solutions in a highly competitive market.

 

Key tasks:

  • Manage and grow a defined portfolio of enterprise and systems integrator accounts
  • Maintain and expand existing revenue streams while identifying new opportunities
  • Develop strong, multi-level relationships with stakeholders across customer organisations
  • Build and execute strategic account development plans to drive long-term growth
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and internal teams to drive campaigns and customer engagement
  • Deliver account reviews and ensure a world-class customer experience

 

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the data centre, telecoms, cloud, or IT infrastructure sectors
  • System Integrator sector knowledge (Desirable)
  • Significant quota-bearing sales experience
  • Experience of creating successful account development plans
  • Good proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Highly motivated, driven, proactive and goal orientated
  • Previous telecoms or hosting experience, preferably in a sales environment with an understanding of co-location or managed service sales (Desirable)
