London, UK – 20 May, 2026 – Future Publishing, the global platform for specialist media, has selected leading global data centre service provider Telehouse as its new colocation partner. The deployment will provide secure, resilient, and highly connected infrastructure to support Future’s continued growth, and the delivery of reliable digital experiences for audiences across its portfolio of more than 200 brands.

As publishing continues to evolve into a digital-first, always-on environment, organisations are increasingly reliant on high-performance, low-latency infrastructure to support content delivery, audience engagement, and platform availability at scale. For Future, whose platforms underpin millions of user interactions, resilient data centre infrastructure plays a critical role in ensuring seamless access to content and services.

After reviewing a number of providers, Future selected Telehouse South for its combination of physical security, connectivity, and customer experience. From the initial engagement through to delivery, Future worked with the same Telehouse team throughout the process, helping to build confidence in both the solution and the long-term partnership.

Future is deploying ten racks in a private cage environment at Telehouse South as part of a review of its London data centre footprint. The new deployment will support performance-critical workloads, strengthen operational resilience and provide a scalable platform for Future’s evolving infrastructure requirements, while underpinning the continuity and availability of the digital platforms and services its customers rely on.

Telehouse delivered the new environment in line with Future’s project timelines, enabling the customer to begin building out its space at the start of the year. Since then, Future has worked closely with Telehouse’s account, operational, and service delivery teams as the deployment has progressed.

Harry Pyant, Sales Manager, Telehouse Europe, said“Future Publishing needed a secure, resilient and well-connected data centre environment in London that could be delivered on time and support the business as it grows. Just as importantly, they wanted a partner they could work closely with and trust throughout the process. We are delighted to have been selected by Future Publishing and look forward to supporting the team as their requirements continue to evolve.”

John Davies, Senior Director of Infrastructure and Security, Future Publishing, said: “What stood out from the start was the quality of the relationship and the continuity of support. From our first conversations through to delivery, we worked with the same people, which made the whole process straightforward and efficient. Telehouse delivered on the timelines agreed, the site itself was highly impressive, and the team has been responsive and easy to work with throughout. For us, this gives us the resilience, connectivity, and flexibility we need across our London data centre environment.”

As Future continues to grow across print and digital channels, resilient data centre infrastructure remains central to supporting business-critical platforms, core applications and high-performance connectivity. The partnership also creates a strong platform for future collaboration as Future continues to expand its operations and assess requirements in additional markets.
