JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Building Facilities Supervisor to support the maintenance, compliance and continual improvement of our buildings and grounds.

This role plays a key part in ensuring our site is safe, efficient, compliant and fit for purpose for our teams and customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain building fabric and grounds and oversee planned enhancements.
  • Supervise maintenance and improvement works, including RAMS, permits and project sign-off.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Business Continuity requirements, including fire safety.
  • Maintain accurate procedures, risk assessments and compliance records.
  • Track building-related incidents, complaints and non-conformities to timely resolution.
  • Support audits and provide compliance evidence as required.
  • Manage building assets and costs through the CAFM system, ensuring planned maintenance is completed.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a comparable Critical Environment providing an FM service (Desired)
  • Previous experience of working to and within ISO regulated processes and procedures (Desired)
  • Experience in facilities/building management and supervising teams.
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to analyse data.
  • Proven reporting and compliance experience, including audits and statutory requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
