Telehouse statement – Coronavirus

As the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic remains active within the UK, Telehouse International Corporation of Europe continues to maintain procedures to keep everyone as safe as possible. We are continuing to maintain social distancing practices and the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all Telehouse Data Centre facilities.

We are taking a cautious but measured approach at this point, in order to reduce the risk of transmission to staff and customers, which will enable us to continue operating our data centre services. We are continuing to adopt working practices that support a safe working environment and ask our customers to work with us to adhere to these measures. The use of face masks or coverings continue to remain mandatory in common areas and up to the point of works to be undertaken in secured zones if social distancing can be maintained.

We will also continue to support our customers’ requirements for our Building and Facilities Control, Security, Service Desk and Network Operating Centre services, and to fulfil requests and emergency break/fix tickets as normal. We would like to remind our customers that our Remote Hands service is still available as an alternative to attending our facilities.

Telehouse reserves the right to amend or adjust this policy as applicable to its business needs, operations, and government advice. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide further updates should there be additional developments.

We are confident that we have effective measures in place to maintain our operations and support our customers.  Should you require any further information, please contact your Telehouse Account Manager.

We would like to thank you for your support, patience and understanding.

Telehouse International Corporation of Europe Limited
