Telehouse Europe Appoints Managing Director

London, UK, 13 November 2007 – Telehouse Europe, the leading provider of premium purpose-built colocation facilities, today announces the appointment of Tokuji Mitsui as the new managing director for Telehouse Europe. Mr Mitsui, previously one of the founding members of Telehouse London, will take up the new position with immediate effect.

Mr Mitsui has gained over 30 years experience in the information and communications industry at KDDI, Telehouse’s parent company. Most recently, Mr Mitsui held the position of general manager for the Toyota Sales Department in KDDI, overseeing network and solution sales to the Toyota Group.

Mr Mitsui said, “I am looking forward to further expanding and investing in the data centre business in Europe. As managing director, my aim is to further improve the quality of colocation services and for Telehouse to play a major role in developing the ICT business globally.”

Michelle Reid, sales director, Telehouse Europe said, “Mr Mitsui brings a wealth of experience and knowledge giving him the skills required to lead and take forward Telehouse’s business.”

Mr Mitsui has gained extensive expertise in network solutions, supervising large teams throughout his career whilst working in both Japan and Germany. Based at Telehouse’s UK headquarters in London’s Docklands, Mitsui will report into Masaaki Nakanishi, General Manager for Global Business at KDDI.

Mr Mitsui graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering from Waseda University, Japan. A full C.V. is available on request.
