Kenkichi Honda
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, KDDI Europe
Kenkichi Honda was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of KDDI Europe in April 2026, following his tenure as Managing Director from April 2024. Prior to this appointment, he was responsible for leading the TOYOTA account at KDDI, Telehouse’s parent company and a global Japanese telecommunications operator.
Kenkichi has significant international leadership experience across the telecommunications, data centre, and connected‑car sectors. His career includes senior director roles at KDDI America and at KDDI Europe’s Belgium operations, where he developed deep expertise in enterprise connectivity, infrastructure services, and global customer management.
Paul Lewis
Executive Vice President and General Manager
Paul Lewis was promoted to the role of Executive Vice President and General Manager in April 2026. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Leader of Technical Services for Telehouse Europe from April 2023, following his role as Senior Director of Technical Services, where he led the Operational, Construction, and Design functions across the organisation.
Paul joined Telehouse in 2018 as Operations Director and holds more than 30 years’ experience across the data centre, telecommunications, and IT services sectors. He has deep expertise in service operations, infrastructure delivery, and network engineering.
Mark Pestridge
Managing Director, Telehouse Europe
Mark Pestridge was promoted to Managing Director of Telehouse Europe in April 2026, having previously served as Executive Vice President and General Manager since April 2023. Prior to this, he held the role of Senior Director of Customer Experience, a position he assumed in 2021 after joining the business as Director of Sales in April 2019, where he led the UK sales organisation.
Mark holds more than 25 years’ experience across the data centre and service provider sectors. He has a strong track record in building and developing strategic partnerships across the industry, driving sustained commercial growth and consistently strong business performance.
