Telehouse Hanoi is a state-of-the-art data centre located in the commercial district of the capital Hanoi. Operated by Japan’s leading telecom provider KDDI in conjunction with Vietnam’s leading system integration provider FTP Information system, Telehouse Hanoi offers businesses the ability to build and operate a stable ICT network and fulfil the need for a dependable infrastructure solution in one of the fastest growing nations in East Asia.
Telehouse Hanoi provides colocation services (rack, caged or open) and sophisticated monitoring and managed services, paired with interconnectivity and security, all operated to the stringent Telehouse Global Standards.
The Telehouse Hanoi data centre offers a Cloud Virtual Private Server (VPS) service, to meet the increasingly diverse and evolving needs of its customers. Building on Telehouse and KDDI’s portfolio of enterprise Cloud solutions (Telecloud), the service includes cost-effective, scalable and highly secure storage and computer systems which are designed around individual customer requirements.
Due to the frequency of commercial power outages in Hanoi, Telehouse have taken precautions to ensure the facility is always running smoothly and delivering uninterrupted highly competitive service level agreements. In the event of a power failure, the power supply can be maintained by the UPS system for 15 minutes and the diesel-driven backup-generator is able to run continuously without refuelling for 48 hours via a loop-fed power system.
The Telehouse Hanoi data centre has been awarded the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management Certification. This recognises our risk management system which covers the on-going management and implementation of security controls.
Telehouse Hanoi employs the latest security systems including Biometric sensors to authenticate the identity of visitors by verifying their finger-prints (Biometric equipment is located at the entrance to the co-location space), making it one of Vietnam’s most secure data centres.
